Rondar Contender Sailing Dinghy This is a contender sailing dinghy, this was purchased a few years ago during covid as a project. This is still in a project state but nearly completed. The boat is nearly complete and in a sailable condition. The hull is watertight and is missing a few hull fittings. The main fittings are on the boat. The only thing that needs completing is the centreboard pulley system. I have a few pulleys that can be provided to help. the cover on the boat is okay but the Velcro has gone on the front. I bought this in the 1990s from (I guess) the original owner and upon purchasing had a repair and an extra vertical baton fitted under the front deck and followed advice to epoxy the floor. The deck began to look tired a few years ago a so I got a new boat in 2016 and this one remained in my garage until recently I decided to do some taping along the joint of the rear buoyancy tanks with the deck and at the same time re-epoxy the interior of the boat which in my view now has plenty more life in it and needs to be enjoyed and used by a new owner.
